  Del Webb Oasis is a newer, 422-home, 55-plus guard-gated community in Winter Garden’s Horizon West/Hamlin area, built 2022-2026, with reported distances to Walt Disney World that vary significantly by source and should be independently verified.

• Del Webb Sunchase

  Del Webb Sunchase is a newer, roughly 1,000-home, 55-plus gated community under active construction in Parrish, anchored by the Solara amenity center and priced from the $300,000s.

• Latitude Margaritaville Watersound

  Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is a large, still-expanding, Minto/Margaritaville/St. Joe 55-and-better community near Panama City Beach, planned for roughly 3,700 homes across five collections priced from the $300,000s to over $1.1 million.

• Delray Trails

  Delray Trails is a new-construction, 55-and-better, gated Lennar community on the former Villa Delray Golf Club site in Delray Beach, anchored by a roughly 28,000-square-foot Grand Clubhouse and 13 tennis courts, with Villas priced from $437,990.

• The Timbers at Everlands

  The Timbers at Everlands is a new-construction, 450-home, 55-and-better gated Lennar community in Palm Bay offering multiple collections from $261,990, roughly 6-8 miles from Melbourne Orlando International Airport.

• Valencia Grand

  Valencia Grand is GL Homes’ 11th and most expensive Boynton Beach Valencia community, a roughly 660-to-710-home, 55-plus gated development priced from $1.1 million, anchored by a 44,000-square-foot clubhouse with an indoor pickleball court.

• Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch

  Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is a large, actively selling, all-ages, bundled-golf Taylor Morrison community spanning the Lakewood Ranch/Parrish area, with roughly 1,450-1,512 homes and golf-deeded HOA fees of approximately $550-600-plus per month.

• Fiddler’s Creek

  A large, still-actively-developing gated golf community between Naples and Marco Island, with a private Arthur Hills-designed golf course, a Marco Island beach/marina club, and a genuinely current (2024-2025) local controversy over a 750-unit apartment development approved on land many residents believed would remain permanent conservation land.

• Isles of Collier Preserve

  A large, nature-focused, non-golf Minto Communities development on Naples Bay’s edge, built around a multi-mile paddling waterway and preserved wetlands, now fully sold out of new construction as of March 2026.

• Esplanade by the Islands

  Esplanade by the Islands is a gated, Taylor Morrison-built resort-lifestyle community in East Naples off US-41 East, offering single-family homes, twin villas, and coach homes around a resort pool, wellness center, and Bahama Bar — marketed to, but not confirmed as legally restricted to, active adults and retirees.

• The Place at Corkscrew

  The Place at Corkscrew is a gated, all-ages master-planned community of 1,325 single-family homes in Estero, built out by Pulte Homes and Lennar under master developer Cameratta Companies, centered on a resort-style clubhouse with a 100-foot waterslide pool — not age-restricted, which matters for retirees who find it on 55-plus aggregator sites despite its family orientation.

• Valencia Harbor

  Valencia Harbor is a newly launched, age-restricted 55-plus gated community by GL Homes in eastern Fort Myers, planned for 986 single-family detached homes from the mid-$300,000s; as of late 2026 it is still actively selling and still under construction on two of its three planned amenity centers.

• Valencia Sky

  Valencia Sky is a new, gated, age-restricted 55-plus single-family community developed by GL Homes in East/South Naples, currently under active construction and sales as of 2026 as GL Homes' successor project to the now sold-out Valencia Trails.

• Valencia Bonita

  Valencia Bonita is a GL Homes 55-plus gated community in Bonita Springs planned for 997 single-family and villa homes across 347 acres, anchored by a 45,000-square-foot waterfront clubhouse, resort-style pools, eight tennis and eight pickleball courts, and a full-service spa.

• Valencia Ridge

  Valencia Ridge is a smaller-scale GL Homes 55-plus guard-gated community in Wesley Chapel, under construction since 2023 and planned for 395 single-family homes, anchored by a resort-style pool with beach entry, eight lighted pickleball courts, and a full-service clubhouse restaurant.

• Esplanade at Wellen Park

  Esplanade at Wellen Park is a Taylor Morrison 55-plus resort-style community under construction since 2025, planned for 877 homes within the larger Wellen Park master-planned area near Venice, anchored by a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse, a zero-entry pool, and a day spa, though without on-site golf.

• Heritage Landing

  Heritage Landing is a Lennar-developed, guard-gated golf and country club community in Punta Gorda offering terrace condominiums, coach homes, and single-family homes, anchored by an 18-hole Gordon Lewis-designed golf course with golf membership included in every home purchase.

• Del Webb Bexley

  Del Webb Bexley is a Pulte-developed, age-restricted 55-plus gated community in Land O’ Lakes offering up to 850 home sites across 489 acres, anchored by The Meridian clubhouse, a resort-style pool, and an outdoor amphitheater.

• Del Webb at Viera

  Del Webb at Viera is a Pulte-developed, age-restricted 55-plus gated community planned for 1,300 homes within the Viera master-planned area on the Space Coast, anchored by a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse and bundled access to the adjacent Duran Golf Club.

• Del Webb BayView

  Del Webb BayView is a Pulte-developed, age-restricted 55-plus gated community in Parrish, one of two Del Webb communities in the area alongside the newer Del Webb Sunchase, anchored by a clubhouse with a performance theater, aerobics and dance studio, and demonstration kitchen.
